First aired last year, it was a repeat of how sausage rolls are made on the production line at McColgan’s Foods in Northern Ireland. With Loma Metal Detectors and Checkweighers appearing throughout the episode, at 55 minutes our trusty X5 is shown X-raying final product before it heads out of the door. Just another example of how Loma machines are fundamental to keeping food safe. It’s well worth a watch (although you may feel hungry by the end!)
